Job summary

MicroSourcing seeks an ICT Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end project requests, from sales order and contract setup through ordering, billing, and closure.

Acting as the primary point of contact for order-related information, the role ensures efficient processing, compliance with company policies, accurate financial and commercial record maintenance, and effective communication with internal teams and vendors to deliver seamless post-sales operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Working knowledge of SAP Project and Sales Document modules.

Responsibilities

• Create project accounts in the accounting system within SLA and establish baseline.
• Support Project Managers/Coordinators with project accounting and administration tasks throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage contract changes, project variations, and project closures.
• Create, release, and manage billing milestones.
• Implement contracts accurately and timely to realize revenue.
• Own orders end-to-end, supporting sales and finance teams.
• Create sales orders and contracts, monitoring progress with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate post-sales invoicing and credits, creating replacement orders when required.
• Create any required SAP materials.
• Reconcile and produce monthly fixed contracts using data from multiple systems.
• Create and bill product and maintenance milestones.

Your Role

Project & Contract Management

• Create project accounts in the accounting system within SLA and ensure accurate project baseline creation.
• Support Project Managers/Coordinators with project accounting and administration tasks throughout the project life cycle.
• Manage contract changes, project variations, and project closures.
• Create, release, and manage billing milestones.
• Implement contracts accurately and timely to realize revenue.

Sales Document Management

• Own orders end‑to‑end, supporting sales and finance teams.
• Create sales orders and contracts, monitoring progress with internal and external parties.
• Coordinate post‑sales invoicing and credits, creating replacement orders when required.
• Create any required SAP materials.

Revenue Assurance / Billing Release

• Reconcile and produce monthly fixed contracts using data from multiple systems.
• Create and bill product and maintenance milestones.

Non‑Negotiables

• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Working knowledge of Project and Sales Document modules of SAP.

Preferred Skills / Expertise

• Understand how sales, delivery, financial, operational, and customer inter‑relationships work and can drive results.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting principles and ability to interpret customer contracts for accurate revenue recognition and billing.
• Strong analytical skills and SAP understanding to ensure successful billing outcomes.
