Job summary

MicroSourcing is building a new team to support a dynamic challenger in the Australian telco space, focusing on Cisco quoting and deal desk activities for managed network services. The role involves quoting, procurement, order management, and renewal lifecycle support in an onsite, dayshift setup at BGC, Taguig.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ICT quoting/procurement, experience with Cisco/HPE vendors, and familiarity with SAP/Salesforce.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in ICT quoting, procurement or service delivery.
• Experience with quoting vendors like Cisco, HPE, etc.
• Experience with order management.
• SAP and Salesforce experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for managed network services.
• Support order creation and contract administration; maintain SAP records.
• Manage end-to-end renewal lifecycle for ICT contracts and present renewal offers.
• Assist in workflow management, ensuring SLA adherence and timely task completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to provide updates.

Your Role:

This role is responsible for supporting quoting, procurement and operational activities for Managed Network Services. The specialist ensures accurate, timely quote development, supports order processing and contributes to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

As a Cisco Quoting Specialist (Deal Desk / Special Pricing) , you will:

Quoting & Commercial Support

• Prepare accurate and timely quotes for managed network services

• Experience working with quoting hardware, maintenance, software and subscription

• Work with sales and product teams to validate pricing and requirements

• Ensure compliance with pricing and commercial frameworks

• Working with vendors and OEM to deal register opportunities.

Customer Renewals Management

• Proactively managing the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for existing ICT contracts, ensuring timely re-quoting ahead of contract expiry

• Coordinating with Account Managers to present competitive renewal offers that retain and grow customer revenue

Order & Contract Management

• Support sales order creation and contract administration

• Maintain accurate records in SAP or equivalent systems

Operational Support

• Manage incoming requests via workflow management tickets

• Ensure SLA adherence and timely completion of tasks

• Assist in resolving operational escalations

Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and customers

• Provide updates and maintain strong communication channels

Continuous Improvement

• Identify process improvements and efficiencies

• Support automation and best practice initiatives

What You Need:

Experience:

• 3+ years in ICT quoting, procurement or service delivery

• Experience working with quoting vendors like Cisco ,HPE etc.

• Experience with order management

• SAP and salesforce experience desirable

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Effective communication and stakeholder management

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
