Job Summary:
The ICT Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, executing, monitoring, and successfully closing Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects across multiple technology domains, ensuring delivery within approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

The ICT Project Manager serves as the primary liaison among clients, internal departments, vendors, consultants, contractors, and project teams, ensuring all technical, commercial, contractual, and operational requirements are successfully delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage ICT and construction dependencies, risks, and constraints.
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and integration of ICT infrastructure into construction projects.
2. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Coordination
- Lead multidisciplinary teams (ICT engineers, facilities engineers, construction managers, subcontractors).
- Act as the primary point of contact between ICT and construction teams.
- Facilitate regular progress meetings, issue tracking, and risk mitigation discussions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
3. Budget & Financial Management
- Develop and manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and financial reports.
- Oversee contractor payments, procurement tracking, and budget adherence.
- Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining project quality.
4. Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Monitor and mitigate risks, compliance issues, and cybersecurity concerns.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards for ICT projects.
- Implement quality control processes to ensure project standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Provide weekly/monthly status reports to senior management.
- Maintain project documentation, change requests, and lessons learned records.
- Track project KPIs, including cost, schedule, quality, and risk metrics.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in:
- Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE)
- Information Technology
- Computer Engineering
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience managing ICT implementation projects.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise IT infrastructure and software implementation projects.
- Experience managing multi-million-peso ICT projects in government and private sector.
- Experience in systems integration, infrastructure deployment, or ICT construction projects is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMI frameworks).
- Preferably Project Management Professional (PMP) but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
