Job summary

Lancaster Technology and Development Corporation seeks a Project Manager to lead ICT-Construction initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality standards. The PM will coordinate between ICT specialists, construction teams, vendors and stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

The role requires 6–8 years of ICT-Construction PM experience, knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/PMI, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Preferably bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering (ECE) or related discipline.
• 6-8 years’ experience in managing ICT-Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMI frameworks).
• Experience managing network deployments, data centers, smart building technology, system integrations or infrastructure projects.
• Preferably PMP but not mandatory.
• Preferably government project experience but not mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards, while coordinating between ICT specialists, construction teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The PM oversees network infrastructure deployments, data center projects, smart buildings, or ICT systems integration.

Who We Need
