Job summary

Lancaster Technology and Development Corporation in Taguig, Philippines seeks a Project Manager to lead ICT-Construction projects from planning through closure. You will coordinate ICT specialists, construction teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

The role requires 6-8 years in ICT-Construction, strong PM methodology knowledge, and experience with network deployments, data centers, and smart buildings. PMP is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or related discipline.
• 6-8 years’ experience in managing ICT-Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMI frameworks).
• Experience managing network deployments, data centers, smart building technology, system integrations or infrastructure projects.
• PMP is preferred but not mandatory.
• Government project experience preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of ICT-Construction initiatives.
• Coordinate between ICT specialists, construction teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Oversee network deployments, data centers, and smart building integrations.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and quality assurance.
• Provide regular reporting and documentation to stakeholders.

They ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards, while coordinating between ICT specialists, construction teams, vendors, and stakeholders. The PM oversees network infrastructure deployments, data center projects, smart buildings, or ICT systems integration.
