Job summary

TraxionTech Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Metro Manila to lead cross-functional project teams and ensure on-time, quality delivery. You will coordinate requirements, risks, and milestones, while maintaining strong client relations and project governance.

The role requires proven PM experience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage scope, budget, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/MIS or related fields.
• Master's degree is advantageous.
• PMP or other PM certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to track project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
• Establish and execute effective project communication plans.
• Facilitate change requests to manage schedule and budget impacts.
• Coordinate development of user manuals, training materials, and client turnover documents.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.
• Obtain customer acceptance of deliverables.
• Manage customer satisfaction during project transition.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned.
• Ensure target results are completed timely and efficiently.
• Control daily operations to be efficient and profitable.

BASIC FUNCTIONS

• Submit project deliverables and ensure that they adhere to quality standards.

• Preparing status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

• Deliver the project on time with quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.

• Meet and discuss with project team members to identify and resolve issues.

• Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution.

• Facilitate change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.

• Coordinate the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.

• Identify and develop new opportunities with clients.

• Obtain customer acceptance of project deliverables.

• Manage customer satisfaction within the project transition period.

• Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

• Ensure that target results are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

• Control daily operations so they are efficient and profitable.

• Prepare and track key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures.

• Perform other related duties as assigned and required.

Job Requirements

• Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.

• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.

• Able to complete projects in a timely manner.

• Budget management experience.

• Ability to work collaboratively with the stakeholders, managers/leaders within the company;

• Ability to set daily and weekly priorities and maintain momentum through efficient and effective project management;

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems. Management Information,

• Computer Engineering or related areas are required. Master degree is advantage;

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus or any Project Management Certification

• Proven experience in project management.
