The role requires 5+ years of IT project management experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills in a hybrid/onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing IT Software Development projects as Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing project budgets, resources, timelines, and vendor relationships.
• Amenable with Full Onsite set-up in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
