Job summary

Tech Kids PH Trading Inc. seeks an IT Project Manager / IT Engineer to plan, design, and manage enterprise IT infrastructure projects for corporate clients.

You will oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. You will lead networking, security, servers, virtualization, cloud services, and related technologies, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure implementation.
• Proven experience managing IT projects for business or enterprise clients.
• Experience deploying enterprise networking, server, and security solutions.

IT Project Manager / IT Engineer

Position Summary

The IT Project Manager / IT Engineer is responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructure projects for corporate clients. This role oversees the complete project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment, documentation, and post-implementation support.

The successful candidate will lead projects involving networking, cybersecurity, firewalls, servers, virtualization, storage, cloud services, wireless infrastructure, access control systems, and other enterprise IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Conduct client meetings to gather technical and business requirements.
• Prepare project scopes, implementation plans, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and client stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests.
• Prepare project documentation, implementation reports, and turnover documents.

Technical Design & Solution Architecture

• Design and recommend IT infrastructure solutions based on customer requirements.
• Develop network, server, security, and systems architecture designs.
• Create network diagrams, topology maps, rack layouts, and technical proposals.
• Ensure solutions follow industry best practices and security standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing infrastructures.

Infrastructure Implementation

• Lead deployment and configuration of:
  • Enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
  • Managed switches and routers
  • Firewalls and VPN solutions
  • Windows and Linux servers
  • Virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox)
  • Network-attached storage (NAS) and backup systems
  • Microsoft 365 and cloud solutions
  • CCTV and access control systems
  • Structured cabling and wireless infrastructure
• Perform testing, troubleshooting, optimization, and validation of deployed solutions.

Client Support & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary technical contact during project execution.
• Conduct client presentations, demonstrations, and technical consultations.
• Provide technical guidance and recommendations to customers.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project turnover.
• Assist the sales team during pre-sales activities when technical expertise is required.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate project records and documentation.
• Develop standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and company standards.
• Prepare asset inventories and configuration records.

Qualifications

Education

Experience
