Lead from requirements through deployment, manage risks and stakeholders, and mentor Scrum Masters to uphold agile practices across cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related.
• 3+ years IT project management experience.
• Experience with SDLC (Waterfall), Scrum and Agile.
• Web and mobile app deployment and release management experience.
• Certifications (PSM, PMP) are a plus.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

The Project Manager is responsible for organizing people and time resources and seeing the project from inception to completion. The Project Manager coordinates people and processes to ensure that the projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Develops detailed project plans, ensures resource availability and allocation, coordination, and completion of projects timely within budget and scope.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Defines strategy and justifies the entire plan for the project (work plan, team structure, team process, stakeholder involvement plan, configuration management plan, management plans, and the like).

• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.

• Manages the Financial Performance (PnL) of the project

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget

• Executes & monitors the execution of the project plan in meeting the organization’s goal for project schedule, budget, and quality expectation. Use metrics to monitor (EVM), analyze, and manage projects.

• Reports an accurate project status internally to management and relevant customer stakeholders.

• Manage risk management, stakeholder management, client relationships, and expectations for the duration of the project.

• Mentors Scrum Master (Internal Role)

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Education – At least graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related course.

• Related Work Experience –

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT Professional, with 3+ years experience in Project Management.

  • Experience in handling complex projects following SDLC (Waterfall), Scrum, and Agile Methodologies

  • Experience in handling web and mobile applications - Experience in deployment and release management.

• Certifications is a plus

  • Professional Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master certification

  • Professional Scrum Master II

  • Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification
