Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an IAM Senior Analyst to secure access across enterprise systems. You will administer Okta, implement SSO/MFA, and manage lifecycle processes while coordinating with security and infrastructure teams.

The role emphasizes ownership of identity provisioning, governance, and incident resolution in a hybrid Cubao-based setup, with a focus on least-privilege access and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IAM experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Okta or similar IAM platforms.
• Understanding of authentication and federation technologies: SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC).
• Experience integrating Okta with Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of Zero Trust and least-privilege security concepts.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Okta services including SSO, MFA, Lifecycle Management, and Universal Directory.
• Configure and maintain application integrations using SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access requests across enterprise applications.
• Investigate and resolve identity-related incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.
• Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes through Okta Workflows and automation.
• Collaborate with security teams to implement access controls and least-privilege principles.
• Maintain operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support procedures.
• Participate in compliance, audit, and governance activities.
