Job summary

PDAX in the Philippines is seeking an IAM professional to manage user access across our infrastructure, focusing on least privilege and strong identity controls.

You will conduct regular access reviews, map IT accounts to individuals, and collaborate with diverse teams to improve tools and processes for audit readiness.

This role supports security across AWS services and directory services, contributing to a safer, compliant fintech platform.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of IAM across infrastructure and least privilege implementation.
• Experience conducting regular user access reviews and mapping IT accounts to identities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Experience with AWS IAM and Directory Service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintains system access per company policy.
• Administers user access with least privilege principle.
• Evaluates access reviews to ensure proper access levels.
• Maps IT accounts to individual identities.
• Supports access management across all infrastructure systems.
• Identifies IAM process improvement opportunities.
• Documents and updates process workflows.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by head.
