Job summary

iScale Solutions, Inc. is seeking an IAM Support Analyst to provide operational and administrative support to the core Identity and Access Management team in the Philippines.

The role focuses on day-to-day backend tasks, including access request tracking, reporting, reconciliation, basic troubleshooting, and documentation. You will help reduce workload by ensuring routine IAM tasks are completed accurately and within SLAs.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic understanding of IAM concepts: provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews, and rights.
• Experience in operations or IAM support or similar administrative/technical support.
• Strong Excel skills for reports, reconciliation, and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Support user access provisioning and de-provisioning per IAM policies and SLAs.
• Maintain and reconcile IAM records using Excel and system data.
• Prepare monthly IAM service request reports (pending and completed tickets).
• Assist with access reviews and IAM compliance reviews.
• Troubleshoot IAM system failures and access issues; escalate complex cases.
• Support UAT for IAM enhancements and system changes.
• Assist with manual backend processing, data validation, reconciliation, and operational tasks.
• Update IAM procedures and supporting records.
• Assist investigations by gathering information and coordinating communication.
• Track outstanding issues and follow up with teams for timely resolution.
