Job summary

TaskUs is hiring an Identity and Access Management Associate to work with the IAM Analyst and report to the IAM Manager. The role ensures correct identities and credentials, enabling secure access to resources and supporting IT systems that deliver IAM services on a 24/7 schedule.

Qualified candidates typically have 1–2 years in information security or IT helpdesk, basic AD knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ information security experience or IT Helpdesk preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly under pressure.
• Basic knowledge with Active Directory Server.
• Basic knowledge about Information Security.

Responsibilities

• Ensures IAM service delivery meets established SLAs.
• Configures security policies and rules for IAM integration across environments.
• First level of support for IAM incidents and service requests.
• Responds to client inquiries related to IAM access.
• Assists IAM Analyst with projects and implementations.
• Maintains runbooks and documents.
• Keeps up-to-date with IAM service offerings and processes.
