This hands-on senior role covers authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, federation, and user lifecycle, with emphasis on PAM, identity governance, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve technical issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of hands-on IAM engineering, implementation, administration, or operations experience.
• Experience with at least one enterprise IAM platform (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, CyberArk, Okta, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, SailPoint, Saviynt).
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts: SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization, federation, PAM, and identity lifecycle.
• Experience with IAM protocols/integrations such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, or REST APIs.

We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support global client environments. This is a hands-on role covering IAM implementation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, implement, and support IAM solutions.

• Manage authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, federation, and user lifecycle.

• Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance solutions.

• Integrate IAM solutions with applications, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.

• Troubleshoot IAM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide operational/L3 support.

• Work with clients and cross-functional teams on IAM projects and technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field.

• 4–8 years of hands-on IAM engineering, implementation, administration, or operations experience.

• Experience with at least one enterprise IAM platform, such as:
