We are looking for an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support global client environments. This is a hands-on role covering IAM implementation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and operational support.
Design, configure, implement, and support IAM solutions.
Manage authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, federation, and user lifecycle.
Support Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance solutions.
Integrate IAM solutions with applications, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise platforms.
Troubleshoot IAM issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide operational/L3 support.
Work with clients and cross-functional teams on IAM projects and technical issues.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or related field.
4–8 years of hands-on IAM engineering, implementation, administration, or operations experience.
Experience with at least one enterprise IAM platform, such as:
Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
CyberArk
Okta
Ping Identity
ForgeRock
SailPoint
Saviynt
or similar platforms
Strong understanding of IAM concepts including SSO, MFA, authentication, authorization, federation, PAM, and identity lifecycle.
Experience with IAM protocols/integrations such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SCIM, LDAP, or REST APIs.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Experience in L3 IAM support, managed services, IAM integrations, automation, or cloud identity.
Relevant IAM or cybersecurity certifications.
