Job summary

Link Business Process Inc. is seeking a Sales and Project Engineer to develop hydroseeding opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and manage projects from site assessment to completion.

The role requires coordinating with clients, contractors, consultants, and field personnel to design, price, and safely execute projects according to client requirements.

Bachelor's degree in civil or related engineering and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in sales, construction, landscaping, erosion control, environmental services, or project management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of hydroseeding, landscaping, soil stabilization, erosion control, or revegetation is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quantity take-offs, and project costing.
• Willingness to conduct field/site visits and travel to project locations.
• Valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities for hydroseeding, erosion control, slope stabilization, revegetation, and related services.
• Technical and Engineering Responsibilities: Conduct site assessments to determine soil, slope, drainage, vegetation, accessibility, and erosion-control requirements.
• Project Management: Coordinate hydroseeding projects from award through completion, including schedules and site requirements.
• Estimating and Cost Control: Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for hydroseeding projects.
• Client and Project Coordination: Serve as a primary technical and commercial contact for assigned clients and projects.
• Safety and Quality: Ensure hydroseeding activities comply with safety policies and quality standards.
