Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months' experience in a call centre environment.
• Extensive experience with PCIDSS, Privacy, ACL and relevant legal frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure positive online customer experience and resolve issues.
• Handle inbound customer and store enquiries/phone calls.
• Manage multiple portals and assist the Marketing team with social media enquiries.
• Coordinate order management, cancellations, refunds, and replacements.
• Perform other administrative tasks and coordinate return authorities.
