Wing Assistant is hiring a General Virtual Assistant to work in a hybrid setup, starting immediately with onsite training at our Makati Office. After nesting and certification, you will operate in a hybrid arrangement serving clients remotely as needed.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of VA experience, strong communication skills, and solid organizational abilities. Training is provided, and the team offers a supportive culture with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational & time management skills.
• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies (desktop sharing, cloud services, VoIP).
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (Google Calendar).
• Proactive attitude & willingness to be trained.

Responsibilities

• Store and organize documents and files.
• Data entry: lead lists, meeting minutes, payroll information, research notes.
• Research products, purchase goods, and secure samples.
• Maintain CRM data for marketing and sales campaigns.
• Create and send statements or invoices, track payments, and record expenses.
