Qualifications

• Bilingual (Chinese-English) with strong professional fluency.
• 3+ years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
• Background in construction project support or international vendor management preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central.

Responsibilities

• Procurement support - purchase materials from vendors.
• Internal coordination with project managers to track tasks and requirements.
• Vendor/contractor liaison and follow-ups on project status.
• Organize, prioritize, and draft professional responses as needed.
• General administrative support to keep operations efficient.
