Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2-8 years of experience in third-party recruitment or internal talent acquisition.
• Ideally have technical recruitment experience hiring for Legal, IT, Sales, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Engineering roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent English language skills for drafting job advertisements and conducting qualification calls.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
• High IT literacy with experience in MS Office365, Google Workspace, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Zoom and Vendor Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer job specifications into job advertisements and post them on major platforms.
• Craft effective Boolean search strings to identify candidates across sourcing channels.
• Engage with prospective talent via phone, email, virtual meetings, SMS, and platform messaging.
• Pre-screen, evaluate, and coach candidates before endorsement to the client.
• Format resumes, manage recruitment admin, and maintain ATS/CRM records.
• Provide feedback and status updates to candidates to keep engagement high.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate onboarding with clients.
• Assist candidates throughout onboarding and participate in team huddles.
