Job summary

Emapta is seeking a Scrum Master to lead Agile initiatives across international teams. You will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive value. The role offers hybrid work in Makati and exposure to a global client base.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of Scrum/Agile experience, strong facilitation skills, and a track record of improving delivery performance within a people-first environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Agile or Scrum environments, including demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex impediments, dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges.
• Skilled in coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and continuous improvement.
• Effective collaboration with Product Owners, Engineering teams, Product Managers, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Educate and coach Scrum Teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, the Scrum framework, and established best practices.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and other Scrum events while ensuring effective team collaboration and communication.
