Job summary

Automatic Data Processing, Inc. is hiring for a software implementation professional responsible for configuring and implementing WorkForce Software applications.

You will design complex configurations, lead multiple workstreams, and partner with clients to gather requirements and create technical designs. You will build strong client relationships, manage delivery across the lifecycle, and support testing, data migration, and go-live activities in a hybrid work setting with 3 days in the office

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and implementing enterprise software solutions.
• Proficiency with JavaScript, HTML, SQL and related scripting tools.
• Experience leading configuration activities across multiple projects.
• Strong communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with WorkForce Software platform and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement WorkForce Software applications per business requirements.
• Lead configuration across project workstreams while upholding standards.
• Partner with clients; gather requirements and document use cases.
• Build client relationships and manage expectations throughout implementation.
• Support testing, rollout, data migration, and go-live activities.
