Job summary

ADP is seeking a software implementation professional to lead client onboarding and delivery of WorkForce Software solutions from our Manila area office. You will partner with clients to capture requirements, configure systems, and guide go-live activities while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment, with potential travel and a hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• 2-4 Years experience in software implementations.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with emphasis on data analysis.
• Experience with Waterfall and/or Agile implementation methodologies.
• Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, workshop facilitation, and client-facing consulting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Knowledge of software implementation lifecycles, project delivery practices, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and client engagements in a fast-paced environment.
• Potential international travel as required.
• Associates located near an ADP or WorkForce Software office follow the ADP Hybrid Working Model.

Responsibilities

• Onboard Clients: Create exceptional onboarding experiences, gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and build client confidence in WorkForce Software solutions.
• Implement WorkForce Software Technologies: Analyze systems, design and implement solutions, configure applications, support testing, and guide data migration and setup activities.
• Lead Client Engagements: Manage expectations, provide status updates, facilitate meetings, and ensure deliverables meet scope, budget, and quality.
• Partner Internally: Collaborate with Sales, PM, Product, Support, and Delivery; support pre-sales and contribute to Statements of Work.
• Drive Successful Project Delivery: Lead testing, troubleshoot defects, coordinate resolutions, and drive project success.
• Enable Continuous Improvement: Identify process improvements, maintain docs, share best practices, and mentor teammates.
