Job summary

ADP, Inc. in Makati is seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver WorkForce Software solutions within client engagements.

You will participate in planning, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into functional designs for scalable implementations. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in software implementations, strong Excel skills, and experience with waterfall/Agile delivery in a services context.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of software implementations experience.
• Excel and MS Office skills with emphasis on data handling.
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile delivery in services.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to learn quickly and apply new concepts.
• Experience with packaged software or complex internal apps.
• Experience in client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project planning, kickoff activities, and readiness discussions.
• Partner with project managers to set goals, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Provide effort estimates, status updates, and risk identification.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and document customer requirements.
• Translate requirements into solution designs and functional specs.
• Educate customers on best practices and recommend solution approaches.
• Collaborate with Technical Consultants to ensure builds meet requirements.
• Support integrations, demonstrations, and project deliverables.
• Adhere to methodologies, standards, and documentation requirements.
