Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation is seeking a Talent Development Officer to drive capability-building across the organization, designing and evaluating learning programs that align with business objectives and leadership development.

You will collaborate with HR and learning partners, manage the annual training roadmap, leverage LMS and digital platforms, and deliver engaging, data-driven learning experiences in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Learning and Development, Training, Organizational Development, or related disciplines.
• Proven background in instructional design, training facilitation, curriculum development, and learning program implementation.
• Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, and emerging learning technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and modern workplace learning practices is an advantage.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, project coordination, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in creating digital learning materials and utilizing multimedia learning tools.
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas, Pasig City.

Responsibilities

• Assess training and development requirements of assigned business units to support organizational goals and talent development priorities.
• Conduct learning needs assessments and work closely with stakeholders to identify capability gaps and development opportunities.
• Develop and manage annual training roadmaps, learning calendars, and program budgets.
• Create and customize learning solutions that address individual and team development needs.
• Design, improve, and implement learning interventions using proven instructional design methodologies.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs and initiatives.
• Coordinate training logistics, learning sessions, and facilitator requirements for both classroom and virtual learning environments.
• Manage digital learning platforms and technologies to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Monitor program effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and learning metrics.
• Recommend enhancements and innovative approaches to improve learning outcomes and employee engagement.
