Job summary

Jollibee Foods Corporation in Ortigas, Pasig City is seeking a Program Manager for Innovations and Development to lead the design, piloting, and refinement of innovative program models across food security, education, and hunger mitigation.

You will drive learning and capacity-building, manage pilots, and foster partnerships, translating strategic priorities into scalable interventions and learning for program improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in development-related field.
• 5–8 years of program development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Minimum 2 years in people management (supervisory role).
• Familiarity with CSR, corporate philanthropy, community engagement, and sustainable development.
• Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City on a hybrid schedule (2 onsite, 3 remote).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging needs and opportunities to advance strategic priorities.
• Translate priorities into innovative program models with objectives and measures.
• Lead development of innovative program models with cross-functional teams.
• Manage pilots, including testing, measures, requirements and learnings.
• Represent JGF in sector discussions and manage partnerships.
