The position requires a bachelor's degree in HR/psychology/education/business, at least four years in L&D or related HR roles, strong program design and stakeholder management skills, and willingness to work in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Psychology, Education, Business or related field.
• At least four years in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR roles with strong learning exposure.
• Experience in curriculum development, LNA, program design, training delivery and evaluation.
• Strong project management, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with shared services or external learning partners is an advantage.
• Willing to work in hybrid setup in Ortigas, Pasig.

Responsibilities

• Identifies learning and capability requirements aligned with organizational objectives.
• Conducts learning needs analysis and provides insights to stakeholders.
• Prepares annual learning plans, calendars, and budgets for units or programs.
• Customizes learning plans based on individual and group needs.
• Designs learning interventions aligned with standards and policies.
• Partners with HR Business Partners to ensure relevant learning solutions.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners in delivery.
• Establishes delivery standards and supports accreditation of providers.
• Creates an inclusive learning environment supporting development and business goals.
