Job summary

Jollibee Group Foundation is seeking a Program Manager for Innovations and Development to lead the design, piloting, and refinement of innovative program models across food security, education, and hunger mitigation.

The role guides learning curricula and capacity-building initiatives, develops partnerships with institutions, and ensures scalable implementation while assessing effectiveness for scale.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Development Studies, Community Development, Agriculture, or other related fields.
• Must have at least 5 to 8 years of experience in program development, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation in a development setting, with a minimum of 2 years of people management experience.
• Familiarity with Corporate Social Responsibility, corporate philanthropy, community engagement and sustainable development.
• Demonstrated project management experience including planning, budgeting, scheduling and coordinating multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging needs and opportunities that advance strategic priorities in food security, agriculture, education, and hunger mitigation.
• Translate priorities into innovative program models with objectives, outcomes, approaches, and success measures.
• Lead development and design of innovative program models with relevant teams and experts.
• Manage pilots, testing approaches, success measures, implementation requirements, and documentation of results.
• Translate results into recommendations for refinement, scale-up, integration, or discontinuation.
• Lead learning and capacity-building initiatives and develop curricula, tools, and materials.
• Oversee delivery and evaluation of capacity-building initiatives with tracked learning outcomes.
• Capture lessons and good practices to inform program improvements and scale-up decisions.
• Develop and manage partnerships with institutions to scale programs and innovations.
• Ensure due diligence and risk mitigation with partner institutions and represent JGF in sector discussions.
• Develop and manage budgets, review partner proposals, and renewal of partnership agreements.
• Monitor fund releases, grant utilization, and financial performance.
• Attract, develop, coach, and retain high-performance staff and define objective performance measurements.
