Job summary

Jollibee Group Foundations seeks a Senior Program Officer for Partnerships, Programs and Innovation Special Project to lead infrastructure-related initiatives. You will coordinate stakeholders, monitor budgets, and ensure compliance across projects with internal teams and partners.

You will manage day-to-day execution, perform due diligence, and drive continuous improvement in project systems and dashboards, while working in a hybrid Ortigas, Pasig setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies or related field.
• 3–5 years in program or project management, ideally in infrastructure or education initiatives, with CSR/development/foundation experience.
• Proven ability to manage special projects end-to-end: planning, execution, monitoring, reporting.
• Strong stakeholder coordination with government agencies, NGOs, contractors, and internal teams.
• Willing to be assigned to a hybrid work set-up in Ortigas, Pasig City (2 days on-site, 3 days work-from-home).

Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure project management: planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring.
• Manage partnerships and partner engagement; provide technical assistance and due diligence.
• Monitor grant utilization, budgets, fund disbursements, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee program and special project management; drive process improvements and dashboards.
