Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant work experience.
Knowledge of system integration and project deployment.

Responsibilities

Develops process efficiency, customer experience and store tech initiatives for digital channels, access points and loyalty.
Prepares materials for store cascades on service standards and system navigations.
Assesses and improves existing QMS and recommends enhancements.
Organizes retraining sessions with L&D for proper execution of channels processes.
Benchmarks best practices and drives cross-SBU improvements.
Monitors efficiency metrics and CSAT related to channels and access points.
Oversees onboarding of stores to new access points and digital payments.
Conducts root case analysis of systemic issues and escalates as needed.
