Job summary

Elaxis, a growing talent partner in the Philippines, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own our hiring process and drive candidates from sourcing to onboarding. You’ll use modern recruitment tools and help shape how we hire as part of a high-impact team.

You’ll work with a modern ATS, partner with hiring managers, and grow your skills in recruitment systems and process improvements. This role offers a path to greater influence in our talent strategy.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Experience posting and sourcing on JobStreet and LinkedIn.
• Willing to work in the office once a month/quarter.
• Able to start within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring, from job ads and sourcing to interviews, offers, and closing.
• Find great talent through JobStreet, LinkedIn, and creative sourcing.
• Keep our pipelines organised in our system.
• Coordinate interviews and be the go-to partner for our hiring managers.
• Run assessments and ensure candidates have a smooth, positive experience.
• Welcome new hires by guiding them through pre-employment requirements and onboarding.
• Track simple hiring metrics and share ideas to improve our process.
