Job summary

AMCS Group in Cebu invites an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition team. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for software engineering, product, data, and cloud roles in the Philippines, building pipelines and advising hiring managers with market insights.

You will combine recruitment judgment with data, sourcing channels, and AI productivity tools to hire the right talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and competitive staffing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment experience, especially for technical roles.
• Ability to own end-to-end recruitment and build pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder advisory and data-driven approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for technical roles across software, product, data, cloud, DevOps, QA, and support.
• Identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and communities.
• Own vacancies from intake to offers and pre-boarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and assessment criteria.
• Maintain recruitment plans, timelines, and pipeline expectations.
• Conduct structured interviews and present evidence-based recommendations.
• Manage candidate experience and represent the AMCS brand.
• Maintain ATS data quality and recruitment workflows.
• Track metrics and provide pipeline reporting and market insights.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and outcomes.
