Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Makati, Philippines. The role supports a global financial services organization, focusing on middle office, campus hiring, and high-volume recruitment with a hybrid work setup 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

You will partner with business leaders and HR to deliver end-to-end local recruitment, drive diversity hiring, and ensure a superior candidate experience across multiple talent segments.

Qualifications

• In-house Talent Acquisition, RPO, or agency recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across middle office, business support, operations, customer service or high-volume environments.
• Campus/graduate/intern/early careers recruitment experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Strong stakeholder management with credibility to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Data-driven mindset using market insights to inform strategies.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and resilient with competing priorities.
• Collaborative team player delivering outstanding service and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle across middle office and business support functions.
• Lead campus recruitment programs including graduates and interns.
• Deliver high-volume campaigns while maintaining candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR partners; advise on strategies.
• Act as strategic partner; ensure recruitment objectives align with business needs.
• Facilitate interviews, assessments, offers, and onboarding activities.
• Partner with HR, Reward, Employee Relations, and Compliance to ensure compliant processes.
• Utilise market intelligence to support workforce planning and pipelines.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives and employer branding campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with timely communication.
