Hudson Talent Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner in Makati, Philippines. The role supports a global financial services organization, focusing on middle office, campus hiring, and high-volume recruitment with a hybrid work setup 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

You will partner with business leaders and HR to deliver end-to-end local recruitment, drive diversity hiring, and ensure a superior candidate experience across multiple talent segments.

Qualifications

• In-house Talent Acquisition, RPO, or agency recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting across middle office, business support, operations, customer service or high-volume environments.
• Campus/graduate/intern/early careers recruitment experience is highly regarded.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Strong stakeholder management with credibility to influence decisions.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join a high-performing talent acquisition team supporting a global financial services organisation. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to deliver end-to-end local recruitment across middle office functions, campus hiring, and high-volume hiring initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a range of middle office and business support functions.
• Lead and coordinate campus recruitment programs, including graduate and intern hiring activities, and early careers talent pipelines.
• Deliver high-volume recruitment campaigns while maintaining a high standard of candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR partners, providing consultative advice on hiring strategies, market insights, and talent availability.
• Act as a strategic recruitment partner, influencing hiring decisions and ensuring recruitment objectives are aligned with business needs.
• Facilitate interview processes, candidate assessments, offer management, and onboarding activities.
• Partner with stakeholders across HR, Reward, Employee Relations, and Compliance to ensure a seamless and compliant recruitment process.
• Utilise market intelligence and talent insights to support workforce planning and pipeline development.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives, employer branding activities, recruitment events, and talent attraction campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies, processes, and regulatory requirements throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring journey.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven recruitment experience gained within an in-house Talent Acquisition, RPO, or agency environment.
• Experience recruiting across middle office, business support, operations, customer service, shared services, or similar high-volume environments.
• Prior exposure to campus, graduate, intern, or early careers recruitment programs is highly regarded.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build credibility and influence hiring decisions at all levels.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative partnering skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage market insights and talent trends to inform recruitment strategies.
• Highly organised, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
