Job summary

Cebu Pacific is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional in Pasay, Philippines, to lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers, craft inclusive postings, and drive data-informed decisions to improve hiring efficiency.

The role emphasizes candidate experience and collaboration with employer branding and HR teams. This Individual Contributor position is based in Pasay with a hybrid work arrangement (onsite 3x per week).

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in end-to-end recruitment for local roles.
• Proficient with sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards) and ATS.
• Strong communicator; comfortable stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including proactive sourcing and selection.
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, aligning strategies with business goals.
• Craft compelling job postings with hiring teams to attract the right talent.
• Champion the use of data and recruitment metrics to improve funnel efficiency.
• Ensure a seamless candidate experience and consistent hiring manager journey.
• Leverage ATS and digital sourcing tools for timely updates and compliance.
• Collaborate with employer branding and HR teams on talent attraction initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends and talent movement to manage risks.
