Noventiq Philippines is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner & Talent Acquisition Partner. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, performance management and workforce planning in the Philippines.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labour laws and employment regulations.
• Experience supporting fast-paced technology, IT services, or professional services organisations.
• Proven experience managing employee relations and end-to-end recruitment activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in HR reporting and analytics.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
