Job summary

Dennemeyer is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to source new US-based opportunities from the Philippines. You will identify prospects, set meetings for the sales teams, and maintain accurate CRM data while collaborating with global partners to drive growth.

Ideal candidates have BPO or shared services experience, are comfortable with US night hours, and excel at cold calling and outbound emails. The role offers a hybrid work model, international exposure, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment, ideally supporting US-based clients on night shift.
• Willingness to work US hours / night shift on a long-term basis.
• Experience in the IP industry or professional services is highly preferred.
• Proven experience with cold calling and outbound email outreach; strong desire to grow a career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers for the products and services offered by our company
• Consistently meet or exceed daily call and email activity targets set by management
• Develop and maintain a solid understanding of Dennemeyer's value proposition and service offerings, and confidently communicate them at a high level to prospective customers, addressing initial questions and positioning Dennemeyer effectively
• Develop information on contacts using web search, social media and other provided tools
• Build and maintain accurate and up to date information on contacts, activities and outcomes in CRM and other sales tools
• Schedule new business meetings with qualified prospects for our sales teams
• Maintain and expand upon knowledge of the variety of services and products Dennemeyer has to offer
• Work with leadership to A/B test messaging, cadences, and various KPI's to incrementally improve sales outcomes
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Manager and other key leaders
