Outsourced.ph is seeking a Client Partnership Rep / Sales Development Representative to drive outbound prospecting from our Eastwood Quezon City hybrid site. You will manage high-volume outreach, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives and Client Partnership Managers.

This role requires at least 2 years in SDR or similar, strong verbal and written communication, and a proactive, results-driven mindset to meet daily targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in SDR or similar sales role.
• Experience with high-volume calling and email outreach (60–70 calls/day).
• Proven experience qualifying leads and booking meetings for sales teams.

Responsabilités

• Manage and qualify inbound leads through high-volume phone calls and email outreach.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and Client Partnership Managers.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead qualification and outreach strategies.
