Outsourced.ph is seeking a results-driven Sales Development Representative to manage high-volume outbound calls and email outreach, qualifying inbound leads and scheduling meetings with Account Executives. You will play a key role in building a scalable SDR function and driving growth across APAC markets.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in SDR or similar roles, strong communication skills, and a proactive, target-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR or similar outbound sales role.
• Experience with high-volume calling and email outreach (60–70 calls/day).
• Experience booking meetings for account executives or managers.
• Strong verbal and written communication, confident prospect engagement.

Responsabilités

• Manage and qualify inbound leads through high-volume phone calls and email outreach.
• Follow a call-first approach to engage prospects and assess fit for Outsourced’s services.
• Make approximately 60–70 calls per day with consistent follow-ups.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and Client Partnership Managers.
• Ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads to sales and partnership teams.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead status in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize meeting conversion rates.
• Collaborate with sales to improve lead qualification and outreach strategies.
• Contribute ideas to scale the SDR function as the business grows.
• Demonstrate resilience and consistency in meeting targets.
