Schneider Electric Rosario, Cavite is seeking an Inside Service Sales support professional for a hybrid role aligned with US business hours. You will handle quotes, service requests, data maintenance, and CRM tasks to support the sales team.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, strong English communication, and digital skills with MS Office. Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, and familiarity with Schneider Electric portfolio is helpful.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree of any 4-year course.
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup during US business hours in Rosario, Cavite.
• Excellent English communication & interaction skills.
• Digital savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio and CRM familiarity.

Mansioni

• Prepare and distribute sales leads.
• Send e-mail notifications and quotes to customers for 1-Phase and 3-Phase opportunities.
• Oversee process for service requests and communicate to partner and customer.
• Identify duplicate accounts and clean data.
• Create quotes for 1-Phase and 3-Phase units.
• Build master agreements and perform data cleansing.
• Handle Account/Asset registration and reports.
• Support internal admin requests and CRM data upkeep.
