Job summary

Schneider Electric Philippines is seeking an Inside Sales Support professional to hybrid work from Rosario, Cavite. You will prepare and distribute sales leads, send quotes and notifications to customers for 1-Phase and 3-Phase opportunities, and oversee service requests to ensure timely communication with partners and customers.

The role requires a 4-year degree, strong English communication, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four-year course is required.
• Excellent English communication & interaction skills.
• Digital savvy with MS Office applications; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.

• Prepare and distribute sales leads.
• Send emails, notifications and quotes to internal/external customers for 1-Phase and 3-Phase opportunities.
• Oversee service request process and communicate with partner and customer.
• Identify duplicates in bFS and assist data cleansing.
• Build master agreements and assist with quotes and regional sales budget activities.
• Assist with various administrative requests and duties as assigned by NAM Inside Service Sales Manager and Manager of Philippines Service Sales Team.

Job description

What will you do

• Prepare and distribute sales leads.
• Send e-mail notifications and quotes to the internal and/or external customers for 1-Phase and 3-Phase opportunities.
• Oversee process for service requests making sure they are created and communicated to partner and customer.
• Identify duplicate accounts and opportunities in bFS and work with team to clean data.
• Execute all Strategic Account Sales Representatives internal administrative requests, these can include, but are not limited to:
• Creating quotes for 1-Phase and 3-Phase units
• Building master agreements
• Data cleansing
• Account/Asset registration/revisions
• Entitlement / Asset information report pull
• Service/Warranty Certificate
• International Credit Claims (ICC)
• Direct Account Request
• Regional Sales Budget (RSB)
• Customer invoicing requirements
• MVS pricing request
• Provide other duties as assigned by NAM Inside Service Sales Manager and Manager of Philippines Service Sales Team
• Bachelor's degree of any 4-year course
• Must be willing to work on a hybrid setup during US business hours in Rosario, Cavite.
• Excellent English communication & interaction skills
• Digital savvy and knowledge of MS Office applications
• Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Schneider Electric portfolio, strong customer relations in Manufacturing segment will be a plus
• Prior experience in Services and recurring maintenance contracts will be a key differentiator
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM is an advantage
• Strong skills in problem solving, time management and multi-tasking
• Proven ability to perform proactively on own initiative, as well as in a team environment
