Job summary

REED ELSEVIER SHARED SERVICES (PHILIPPINES) INC. is looking for an Account Manager to build relationships with senior decision makers and drive telesales within a defined territory.

You will negotiate, demonstrate products, and pursue cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue targets. The role requires 2-3 years sales experience, executive communication skills, and the ability to work a fixed night shift in a hybrid setup with occasional onsite visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree holder or completed at least 2 years level in College (no back subjects/incomplete units)
• 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a high-volume sales organization or in a business-to-business environment
• Experience in revenue targets, and demo presentation
• Proven success in negotiating contracts and closing business
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to an executive-level audience
• Ability to effectively partner and collaborate across teams
• Has a customer-focused mindset
• Must be willing to work on a fixed night shift
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with senior-level decision makers to identify opportunities.
• Identifies, develops and closes sales opportunities and achieves revenue targets.
• Conducts product demonstrations and client presentations.
• Drives cross-sell within assigned territory and collaborates with Business Development Managers.
• Utilizes tools and processes to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Contributes market insights to strategy and product direction.
