Job summary

GoTeam in Cebu City is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead Talent Acquisition, drive hiring strategy, and partner with senior leaders. The role blends 5:00 AM home days with onsite mornings at Cebu IT Park, reporting to the CEO and ultimately the Director of Talent Acquisition.

This hands-on leadership position requires 7+ years in talent acquisition, 3+ years of people leadership, and a track record of executive recruitment, system improvements, and AI-enabled QA for recruiter and client

Qualifications

• 7+ years of talent acquisition or related leadership experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership managing recruiters.
• End-to-end recruitment leadership with senior stakeholders.
• Leadership/hard-to-fill recruitment experience.
• Teach sourcing and market mapping to junior recruiters.
• Coaching from call audits, QA reviews or coaching sessions.
• Partner with product/engineering to improve systems.
• Proficient with ATS/CRM and recruitment tech.
• Willing to start at 5:00 AM from home with on-site balance.

Responsibilities

• Own recruitment capability, performance, and growth of the team.
• Lead, coach, and develop recruiters with regular feedback.
• Set recruitment goals, service standards, and metrics.
• Build sourcing and market mapping capability for pipelines.
• Direct Admin Support and escalate complex hiring challenges.
• Manage leadership/executive hiring and critical roles.
