Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City is seeking a Technical Project Scoping & Coordination professional with 3+ years in business or system analysis. You will gather requirements, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and coordinate across internal teams and with clients to ensure timely delivery in a hybrid setup.

You will also perform software testing, client acceptance, and stakeholder management, leveraging data insights to shape technical strategy.

Qualifications

• ,Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, management, or related fields.
• At least 3 years' experience in business/system analysis, product owner, or related field.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Willing to report on a Hybrid setup (once to twice a week) in our office in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Gathers client requirements for development/technical projects.
• Documents the User Requirements as User Stories and defines the User Acceptance Criteria.
• Works with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and tickets.
• Cascade requirements and changes to internal teams for production.
• Spearheads project kickoff and resource assignment.
• Provide clear and regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Scrum Master to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with client for content/data collection and design approval.
• Coordinate with creative team for UI/UX changes.
• Update Knowledge Base System for project updates.
• Checks software readiness and ensures acceptance criteria are met.
• Conducts user acceptance tests with client.
• Ensures product delivery is complete and within scope.
• Builds relationships with clients and identifies insights to guide strategy.
