Job summary

SVEN GROUP is seeking a Project Manager to define, strategize, and justify project plans across internal teams in the Philippines. You will manage team allocation, timelines, budget, and quality expectations while mitigating risks and issues.

You will facilitate daily scrum and sprint ceremonies, support servicing and account management teams, and ensure client deliverables meet contracted scope. Hybrid work is available in Quezon City.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in project/program management, Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Strong Scrum, Agile, and Lean knowledge.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and complex projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to report on a hybrid setup in Quezon City office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Management to determine breakdown of project inclusions.
• Collaborate with Servicing Teams to determine and monitor task assignments and timelines.
• Collaborate with Finance Team to determine billable tasks.
• Implement and monitor execution of the project plan to meet schedule, budget, and quality.
• Proactively identify risks and mitigate issues in a timely manner.
• Lead the day-to-day management of ongoing projects, including scrum and sprint ceremonies.
• Support Servicing Team's workload capacity and satisfaction in projects.
• Ensure contracted product and work requirements are fulfilled.
• Report project status to management and relevant customer stakeholders.
