Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead cross-functional software delivery across planning, delivery, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate internal teams, manage schedules, budgets, and risks, and report progress to stakeholders in a hybrid office setting.

The role requires 4–5 years in project management, strong Scrum/Agile knowledge, and excellent communication and facilitation skills. Hybrid work 1–2 days in the office.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in project/program management or agile coaching.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, strategize, and justify the project plan with internal teams.
• Lead daily scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Monitor schedule, budget, and quality; identify risks and mitigation.
• Report project status to management and clients.
