Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines, is seeking a Technical Project Scoping & Coordination Lead with 3+ years of experience in business/system analysis and product ownership. You’ll gather client requirements, document User Stories, and coordinate multi-team delivery using SCRUM/Agile practices.

You will also handle software testing readiness, client acceptance, and data-driven insights to shape technical strategy while maintaining strong client servicing and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, management, or related field.
• At least 3 years’ experience in business/system analysis, product owner, or related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gathers client requirements for development/technical projects.
• Documents User Requirements as User Stories and defines User Acceptance Criteria.
• Works with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and tickets.
• Cascades requirements and changes to internal teams for production.
• Spearheads project kickoff to ensure proper cascade and resource assignment.
• Provides clear updates to internal and external stakeholders.
