Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements for development/technical projects.
• Document user requirements as user stories and define acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize tasks with key stakeholders.
• Cascade requirements to internal teams for production.
• Lead project kickoff and resource assignment.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Scrum Master for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with client for content/data collection and design approval.
• Update knowledge base with project updates.
• Ensure acceptance tests are met and client sign-off.
• Verify delivery is within scope.
• Collaborate with accounts on pitches and new requirements.
• Identify data-driven insights to shape strategy.
• Stay updated on new technologies and platform capabilities.
