Job summary

SVEN GROUP in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Project Scoping & Coordination professional to gather client requirements, convert them into User Stories, and define acceptance criteria. You will prioritize tasks, cascade requirements to internal teams, lead project kickoffs, and provide regular updates to stakeholders while coordinating with Scrum Master and content/design approvals.

A bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field with 5+ years in business analysis or product ownership is

• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.

• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
• History of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work with them to determine acceptable solutions.
• Willingness to work on-site if required, with flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements for development/technical projects.
• Document User Requirements as User Stories and define User Acceptance Criteria.
• Prioritize tasks and tickets with key stakeholders.
• Cascade requirements to internal teams for production.
• Lead project kickoff and allocate resources accordingly.
• Provide clear and regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate with the Scrum Master to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients for content/data collection and design approval.
• Coordinate with the creative team for UI/UX changes.
• Update the Knowledge Base System with project updates.
