Job summary

SVEN GROUP in the Philippines seeks a Technical Project Scoping & Coordination professional to gather client requirements, write User Requirements as User Stories, and define acceptance criteria. You will coordinate priorities and cascade changes across internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, management or related field.
• At least 3 years' experience in business/system analysis, product owner, or related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Must be willing to report on a hybrid setup (once to twice a week) in our office in Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Gathers client requirements for development/technical projects.
• Documents User Requirements as User Stories and defines acceptance criteria.
• Prioritizes tasks and tickets with key stakeholders.
• Cascades requirements to internal teams for production.
• Spearheads project kickoff and assigns resources.
• Provides clear, regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinates with the Scrum Master to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinates with clients for content/data collection and design approval.
• Coordinates with the creative team for UI/UX changes.
• Updates the Knowledge Base System with project updates.
