Job summary

SVEN in Quezon City, Philippines is seeking an experienced Professional for Technical Project Scoping, Coordination, and Business/System Analysis. The role focuses on gathering client requirements, documenting user stories, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, perform UAT checks, and support technical strategy with data-driven insights. On-site work may be required with flexibility to work remotely when possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, management, or related field.
• 5+ years experience in business/system analysis, product owner, or related field.
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Track record of following through on commitments.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management abilities.
• Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
• History of leading and supporting successful projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work with them to determine solutions.
• Willing to work on-site if required, with flexibility to work from anywhere.

Responsibilities

• Gathers client requirements for development/technical projects.
• Documents User Requirements as User Stories and defines Acceptance Criteria.
• Prioritizes tasks and tickets with stakeholders.
• Cascades requirements to internal teams for production.
• Leads project kickoff and assigns resources.
• Provides clear updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinates with Scrum Master for timely delivery.
• Coordinates with client for data collection and design approvals.
• Coordinates with creative team for UI/UX changes.
• Updates Knowledge Base System with project updates.
• Ensures UAT readiness and acceptance testing with client.
• Maintains product delivery within scope.
